The Queen City Theatre Collaborative inspires and honors excellence in high school musical theater and recognizes the importance of musical theater and arts-education within the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky community. The program offers arts education opportunities throughout the school year including professional master classes, audition workshops, apprenticeships and more, and culminates regionally at the Aronoff Center with the Cincinnati Regional High School Theatre Gala, modeled after the Tony Awards®, to recognize excellence in musical theater productions and students.
Starting in the fall of 2025, a curated panel of independent adjudicators will attend one production at each participating school and provide educational feedback and scores to determine nominations and awards in various categories. The Queen City Theatre Collaborative is partnered locally with the Cincinnati Arts Association and Broadway in Cincinnati.
